Here is an ink sketch from my A5 sketchbook, a tree study.

My goal was to create the three dimensional tree illusion with branches outstretching to the all sides. Looking back to the sketch after a while, I see that rather than my intention, it made a point for creating leaf texture and some sense of depth.

So, my goal is not achieved I assume. I’m going to try to draw or paint a magnificent tree, with all that branches and all.
